If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise’s delivery date (ONLINE ONLY).
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
- Items on sale are returnable only for in-store or online credit. Items on 70% off are final sales, non-returnables and non-refundable.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Condotti does not cover return shipping cost.

The merchandise must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tags attached. Returns that are damaged, used, worn, or not returned as the original condition, will be sent back to you at your expense.
Securely pack the merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (You may also return it in its original package if possible). Please include the invoice and the receipt in the package.
You may also return the merchandise to our store. Make sure you have your invoice present when returning merchandise to the store.

All clothing should be returned new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, with its original tags, or garment bags. Clothing that is returned damaged, with makeup stains or soiled, with no tags and unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS, FRAGRANCE, ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDING HATS, BELTS, SCARVES, AND ALL FINAL SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Refunds will be returned by the method of payment you chose for the original order. It can only be applied to the same credit card. You may also use Store Credit.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Condotti. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
